The birth control shot Depo-Provera has been linked to an increased risk of brain tumors, but to potentially qualify for compensation under this lawsuit, you must have 1) used one of the following at least twice:
- Brand name (Pfizer) Depo‐Provera
- Brand name (Pfizer) Depo‐SubQ Provera
- Or an “authorized generic” version of Depo‐Provera manufactured by Pharmacia & Upjohn Company LLC, Greenstone LLC, A‐S Medication Solutions, Prasco Laboratories, or Preferred Pharmaceuticals Inc.
